What do I need to get started?
A photo or two of them, and the little things you remember. The words they say, the people they love, the toy that goes everywhere. Most of it you already know by heart.
What if I can’t remember exactly how they said it?
Write it the way it sounds to you. That’s the version you’ll want to remember.
What happens to the photos I upload?
We only use your photos to make their book. They’re stored securely while we create it, then deleted 30 days after your order is delivered. We never share or sell them, and you can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Can I see the book before it’s printed?
Yes, if you’d like one. Choose a digital preview and nothing goes to print until you approve it.
How long will it take to arrive?
About 6–7 working days in total: 2 working days for us to create their book, then 4–5 to print and deliver it. If you choose a preview, we print once you approve it, so any changes will push delivery back a little. Delivery is free on orders over £40.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Add a dedication from you, or the whole family, and we’ll print it on the first page. At checkout you can send it straight to them. We can’t include gift wrap or a separate note, so the dedication is the place for your message.
